We take pride in the quality of our handbags and want you to receive exactly what you ordered. Returns are accepted only if the item you received is wrong or damaged.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@baggzy.luxury within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we’ll provide return instructions or arrange for a pickup.

Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we’ll cover the return shipping cost or arrange for a pickup.

  • Please do not send any items back without approval.

Refunds or Replacements

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you.

  • Approved returns will be replaced or refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or personal dislike of color or style.

  • Products bought during sales or promotions are also non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
